2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service in error.

  • Service Not Provided: If AMBIXZ fails to deliver the agreed-upon service and no work has been initiated.

  • Technical Errors: If a payment processing error occurs on our website or payment gateway.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already delivered (e.g., completed campaigns, account audits, content creation, or consultations).

  • Partial service usage (e.g., if a client cancels mid-project after work has started).

  • Dissatisfaction with results, as performance depends on multiple factors outside our control.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or setup costs.

  • Subscriptions or retainer-based services must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, banks) may be deducted from the refund amount.
